FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY on all orders.
Please allow up to 20 days for delivery, but in practice orders usually take about 6-11 days to arrive, depending upon the country of destination and your postal service. Long distance deliveries to places like Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Far East take about three to four weeks to arrive on average.
Most orders are shipped via International Air Mail as standard. Orders can be shipped via ‘International Signed For’ delivery at a premium – this option gives a tracking number but doesn’t give the ability to track the order until it is actually delivered.
Returns Policy
You should contact us before returning any products to obtain a unique returns number which can be obtained within 48 hours by e-mailing us. Returned items without a returns number will NOT BE PROCESSED.
When returning products, please ensure that you include your name, address, and Paypal transaction number. Postage costs made by you for returning faulty &/or defective goods will be refunded to you in full. Postage costs and import duty for any other returns back to us, other than faulty goods, are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for our returns address and all returns must be made by Registered Mail to ensure that they arrive safely. Please retain the receipt along with the tracking number in case of any problem. Refund Policy We offer a full refund or replacement service for any faulty &/or damaged goods. If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected then you may return them to us within 25 days from the date of arrival and we will make a full 100% refund to you. Please ensure that they are returned in their ORIGINAL & PRISTINE CONDITION and that they are packed carefully to avoid being damaged in transit. If returned goods arrive in anything other than their original condition this may result in a partial or full deduction from your refund.
